3 know how to cook clean your washroom and do laundry
4 have some hands on skills for furniture
5 gather your stuff
6 gtfo and move into your paradise

Try to behave as best as you can with the current hell you're experiencing now. Maybe they'll have a change of heart and give them back to you. I've been down the road where literally everything was taken away and I was under constant surveillance of my parents. Try to plan out things ahead of time and run imaginary situations of what you can do and what follows up as a result, and repeat. Maybe at best 1-2 months that you'll get something back, half a year to seven months if it was severe.
