How to SSH your iDevice iPod Touch 1g 2g 3g 4g, iPhone 3g 3gs 4g 4s, iPad 1 iPad 2

Hey DjZ here. SSHing your iDevice is a pretty cool and important thing to do. For FULL backups of your iDevice. It lets you see and edit ALL OF THE IDEVICE DIRECTORIES. your iDevice MUST BE JAILBROKEN. so far it works on all iDevices and Firmwares. Below is a list of what you will need.

Requirements:
-Jailbroken iDevice
-The DeadlyUnits Repo on your Cydia Sources
-WinSCP
-OpenSSH installed on your iDevice
-IP Address of your idevice

Downloads:
-Download WinSCP

Installing The DeadlyUnits Repo on Cydia (skip if you already have this)
Go to cydia
Click manage
click sources
click the edit button on top right
click the plus sign on top left
in the text box, type http://cydia.myrepospace.com/deadlyunitsrepo
click ok
YOUR DONE ADDING THE REPO

Installing WinSCP (skip if youve done this already)
Download WinSCP
run the setup
YOUR DONE INSTALLING WINSCP

Installing OpenSSH on your iDevice
Go to cydia
go to search
type OpenSSH
click the first one
click install
click confirm
reboot your idevice if it needs to
YOUR DONE INSTALLING OPENSSH

Finding your idevice ip address
Go to settings
Go to Wifi
CLICK THE BLUE ARROW THATS ON YOUR CONNECTION NOT THE WHOLE CONNECTION ITSELF!
go down to where it says ip address
AND THERE YOU GO, WRITE IT DOWN.

SSHing Your Device
Open WinSCP
itll ask for a WinSCP Login
Click New
itll ask for Host and Username and Password
SKIP HOST
in username, type "root" (without quotations)
in password, type "alpine" (without quotations)
click login
then itll popup a warning about something, and just click "add"
YOUR DONE, YOU CAN NOW SSH YOUR IDEVICE WHENEVER YOU WANT!!
