What does Skyview even do? Does it just give u an aerial view of the map?

ok the 3rd person view gives u a better look of ur suroundings, the regular view is 2nd person i believe, here are my view codes, the first one is better in my opinion because u dont have to press anything, to enable the v2 u press the lockon button, v2 will slightly increase view size
