Custom Firmware (CFW)- Made for running NitePR, CoderPR, etc.

6.20, 6.39 and 6.39 are the last 3 PSP Official Firmwere

6.39 b7 is my favorite

CFW 6.60 CFW is the only CFW for (more) 6.60 since that update is fairly new

Also 5.00 M33 CFW- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Official Firmware (OFW)- Is updated by SONY regularly and cant run any seplugins or things like NitePR.

6.20, 6.39, and 6.60 also M33

Can get online or on SONY.com

Your system actually declines a downgrade, say you have 6.60 and want to downgrade to 6.39 If you run regular update It will say theres no need to upgrade(because you have the latest version. Need downgrader first)

Homebrew- Games build by PSP users

You need CFW to run. Some wont work because of your CFW

Hombrew Website-This is a site that gives out free homebrew( Need CFW)

Downgraders- Downgrade the OFW of your PSP

E.x.

your OFW is 6.60 a downgrader makes your OFW 6.20 by then you can upgrade to 6.20+

a downgrader- Downgrades your PSP to 6.20 so you can update 6.20+

im not so sure, i would have helped me about a year and a half ago

but you see if he was a hacker a year & half ago, i dont think he would of posted this considering there was pX Edition or 6.39 Downgrader & even before PSN went down, i dont think this would of helped me without any links or anything to Hack. I mean its ok info but just not enough infomation like ive seen from another site but i cant give it out cuz of adversiting
