Make a new layer above all of your other layers, press ctrl+a until u have a dotted border around your graphic, then go to EDIT>stroke> make sure width or thickness is 3 px and that it's black, then u press ok and u got it. And thanks bro!! Ll

You need to work on your overall composition with background effects because it looks really messy. Also work on your colors a bit more. I suggest you hit the tuts a bit more.
