wait i asked that wrong what i was asking was when i save my gfx it comes up as like a "sp" somethng file and when i try and up load it, it just says file not allowed

oh go to > File > Save As > then below it allows you to save it as a certain file either choose .jpeg or .png then you could upload.

You have to be a professional at photoshop. i dont recommend you trying yet. watch vids on youtube, tutorials on google. then try to do it.
